- Yearly plans are billed annually. Monthly plans can be canceled any time from the billing portal.
- Google Workspace is available now. Microsoft 365, Slack and GitHub are coming; Slack monitoring will require Slack Enterprise.
- Google controls need one additional administrator permission, which you enable separately. Automatic revocation responds after Google reports the activity. Permanently blocking an app from being reconnected is a setting in Google Admin, and the dashboard tells you exactly where.
Billing questions
How does the 3-day free trial work?
Connect your Google Workspace, choose Control, and add a card. You get the full Control plan for three days. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Otherwise it renews at the monthly or yearly price you chose.
What counts as a monitored employee?
A current, active person in your Google Workspace directory. You choose how many seats to pay for. Suspended accounts and people who have left are not counted.
Can I start with Monitor and move to Control later?
Yes. Upgrade from the billing page at any time. The audit history you built on Monitor carries over.
Is there a free version?
The self-check is free and takes two minutes. The audit itself needs to collect and store your Workspace records, which is what you pay for.
