Audit AI agents in
Google Workspace.
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Dots and dozens of smaller tools connect to Gmail, Drive and Calendar with one click from any employee. See all of them, what they're allowed to do, and what they did.
Connect as a Google Workspace administrator. Read-only. Nothing to install.
What you'll see
Everything below comes from Google's own administrator records, with the original entry behind every line.
Every connected AI app
Each app and agent connected to your Workspace, who connected it, when, and how many people it covers. Google-tagged agent activity is called out separately.
Exactly what each can do
Read mail, send mail, read files, edit and share files, see calendars, act as an administrator. Shown in plain language, with the technical name alongside.
Who is exposed
Which employees each app can act for, including leadership and finance. Spot the app one person authorized that reaches the whole company.
What agents actually did
Files opened, downloaded and shared. Mail read and sent. A week-by-week view per agent and per person, grouped so it reads like a log, not a firehose.
Things worth a look
New authorizations, files shared outside the company, apps granted by people who have left, and apps that hold access nobody has used in weeks.
A prioritized record
A weekly summary by email, Slack or Telegram, and a searchable history you can ask questions of in plain English.
What we ask for, and what we never touch
You connect by signing in with Google as a Workspace super administrator and approving a short list of read-only permissions. The audit reads Google's administrator records about activity and app connections. It does not open your mail or your documents.
If you later want to remove an app's access from inside AuditMyAgent, you can enable one additional permission for that. It is optional, separate, and clearly labeled. Without it you still get the full audit.
Connecting changes nothing in your Workspace. No employee sees a prompt, no app is interrupted, and nothing is revoked unless you explicitly confirm it.

Questions
What do I need to connect Google Workspace?
A Google Workspace super administrator account. You sign in with Google, approve read-only access to your Workspace's admin reports and user directory, and collection starts. There is no software to install and nothing to configure on employee devices.
Can AuditMyAgent read our emails or documents?
No. The audit is built from Google's admin audit records, which describe who did what and when. It never opens the contents of an email or a file.
Does connecting change anything in our Workspace?
No. Monitoring is read-only. Removing an app's permission is a separate, optional step that you approve explicitly, and it only ever applies to the one app and person you confirm.
How quickly do we see results?
The first collection covers the previous seven days and usually completes within the hour. Google's own logs can lag by a few hours for some sources, so the newest activity may appear a little later.
Which Google Workspace editions are supported?
Any edition that provides admin audit reports, which includes Business and Enterprise plans. The level of detail Google records varies by edition, and the dashboard shows exactly which sources are being collected and how current each one is.
Does it see what agents do outside Google?
Not from the Google connection alone. The audit shows everything an agent did through your Workspace. What happens to a copy of a file after it leaves Google is outside what any provider's logs can show. How it works explains the boundaries honestly.
What about Microsoft 365, Slack and GitHub?
They are next. If you work in one of those, tell us and we'll reach out when it's ready.
